chicken pox or something else??

DD who is 4 is off colour, runny nose etc and has what looks like CP spots / blisters on her left arm from elbow to arm pit. There is approx 20 of them. She has no spots / blisters anywhere else but she does have a red rash on her tummy & back. She doesnt have a temp and is well enough to wind up her elder sister!! 
Opinions please, CP or something else??? Should I be worried??
oh DD1 has had CP before so I know exactly what it looks like
