Hi
My DS is 3 and his eating is appalling. We're down to a handful of acceptable foods and have exceeded the professional skills of the local dieticians etc. We've been referred to a paediatrician but as that could take 18 weeks we need give him a supplement in the meantime as he's eating less and less every day despite us following all the standard advice which would get 80-90% of kids eating better.
Ideally it would be vitamins, minerals, oils and other good stuff in one LIQUID dose (or a capsule that can be emptied). He will not accept gummy bears and this stuff has to be concealed in a smoothie or it will not be taken. I've been looking at the Nature's Plus range and Biocare stuff but can't see an obvious fit, so we might need more than one.
Please help!
Thanks in advance

My DC actively looks forward to vitamins after dinner and reminds me if I forget.
We use Boots own brand Multivitamin Liquid comes in a nice orange flavour - 10ml a day - it does have colouring in it. We also use their Omega 3 liquid which comes in strawberry which smells like bubblegum - 2.5ml a day - this one has sugar in it.
Seven Seas Haliborange comes in liquid - haven't tried it.
Avoid Abidec drops - the smell made me retch - and I wasn't taking the vile stuff! Haven't tried the Abidec liquid.

Me again...
DC used enjoy Floradix Kindervital until it was reclassified for the over-3s.
Your DS would be old enough for that one. I thought it tasted a bit like Buttercup Syrup cough medicine - but DC used to slurp it right up.
It's more expensive than the Boots stuff, but is maybe more natural.

3yo DS thinks they are sweets
Minadex is quite palatable. States it can be used "during and after illness" which tbh is pretty much all the time in the winter.
