eye drops warning

hi,

son had an continual gunky eyes, since birth he s now 5 months, cleaning with boiled water and breat milk didnt eradicate the problem got FUCITHLMIC (fusidic) acid eye drops - used them for about 8 days, 1 or twice a day when he would let us put it in, now one eye is smaller than the other - has anyone had this experience?

there is no swelling or red eye - the gunkiness and crusting eye snot has not gone at all - i dont understand why one eye is now looking more swollen/smaller...

dr is useless and just wants to prescribe more eye drops

I don't really understand what you mean by one eye is smaller? I would go back to the GP and ask for an eye hospital referral.
