unexplained sore leg/foot in 2 year old

I'm probably worrying unnecessarily

But my 2yo DD has woken up this evening crying and complaining of a sore leg/foot. She hasn't injured it as far as I know, there are no lumps or bumps or bruises anywhere. She complained of it a bit earlier today when we were out but the complaint was brief and she just carried on, so I forgot about it.

But now with her waking up quite distressed about it, I'm getting worried!

she's happily playing with her sister now. I've just asked her if her leg's ok and she said 'yeah, all better'!

But could it be growing pains? Not sure 2.4yolds get those do they?

Think I'll go to the dr in the morning. Wish I didn't get myself so freaked out over these things iykwim

My 2.6yo gets the same thing.

She wakes up screaming and holding her leg/foot, nothing will calm her down. Pretty sure it's cramp.
