Hi,

My 3 DC's have lots of books and were given lots for Christmas. Some we had already so have tried to sell on MN and Ebay but no one is buying.

Any ideas where the best place to sell them is?

Thanks

We have a local (wonderful) second-hand children's shop where you get half of what the book sells for. Probably less money than on ebay bt no packing, postage etc

hi maggs sorry i didn't get back to you earlier. (hate this new mn)
yes i was pleased with what i bought but make sure that if you order a cookery book that it has english measurements (if you are in england/english) - the book i bought was american and a wee bit confusing for me!)

Click on customise at the top and fiddle with the options

I have sold books on amazon before - not a very good place to sell heavy books (they have a fixed postage charge of £2.75) but other than that it was very easy and listings last for 30 days and you don't get charged unless the book sells.
