This is by Usbourne and have just bought it from redhouse for £2.99. I'e read it thru and its very interesting and easy to understand and help you explain to smaller ones (such as my ds aged 6). My dd aged 9 has started to read it and is now studying food labels. I'd definitely recommend it and they do free p & p on any size order whihc gets a big thumbs up from me!

no really its not, it just explains why its ok to have it sometimes but not to base your entire diet on it! But then, each to their own!

There is no such thing as junk food though, the term is an oxymoron.

Food shouldn't be divided into good food and bad food, it is just ll food. The emphasis should be on a healthy balanced diet.

Oh! Just saw your explanation, glad that's what the book focusses on.

I don't like the title though.
