I'd really like to start reading DS (5) more poetry but not sure where to start... We have one Michael Rosen book and that's about it.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated Smile

I search this one and I think this is an amazing book!
Children can explore their imaginations more.

Collected Poems for Children, by Ted Hughes

From Moon Whales and Other Moon Poems to Nessie the Manner less Monster, from Meet my Folks to Under the North Star this book holds many delights for children of all ages. Fabulous creatures and crazy characters seem to have leap onto the page from the author's colorful imagination. Ted Hughes, master of the nature poem, gives us haunting descriptions of animals nestling beside serenades to the seasons.
