I ordered 3 books from them which arrived today. In a bag, not the usual box. It did have a bit of bubble wrap lining but the books weren't secure inside and hence 2 were damaged. On one the corner had actually split open.
So I phoned the Book People who made a note and then said Customer Services would contact me to get the books replaced. I would get a call 'within 3 days' as they are v busy with calls from over the weekend!
I think that's not on, firstly to send the books out with little protection and then have to wait 3 days to speak to someone about it. Anyone else had problems with them?
