Right, much to my surprise, Ofsted have agreed to my variation request and from Wednesday next week, I'll be having the extra mindee 2 days a week.

I'm trying to decide the best way to deal with naptimes. I've got room for the extra cot and was planning to add the new cot shortly anyway as won't be long til we'll be moving our baby into that room instead of ours. I'm just not sure about having 3 napping in the same room hmm Most of the time, the 2 are fine. Sometimes they mess and chat but most of the time they do nap without messing. They are all used to doing this, just on different days but I'm wondering if they'll decide that it's PARTY TIME if they realise that all 3 of them are in there lol.

The ages, including my ds2, will be:

5 months, 11 months, 19 months & 21 months

Ds2 currently naps in his baby hammock in our room and tbh, I'm happy for him to nap downstairs if needbe once his hammock is packed away and he's in his cot in the other room. It's the other 3 I'm deciding on.

Do any of you have more than 2 sleeping in the same bedroom? I know Katy will do but presuming there is a lot more space there wink

Any thoughts would be great

All mine have all slept in the same room, they all go down together at the same time, (I do hang a blanket over the side so they cant see each other, and they just go to sleep!

Not sure why, cos DGD bloody well didnt on her own in that room grin

Some of mine do, I let them have ten minutes giggling and going, then go back up stamping my feet loudly as I go, so they know I'm coming, by the time I get to the door, you hear them drop to the floor of the cot, and when I look in they are pretending to be asleep grin

After that they do go to sleep.

grin same here although sometimes I sneak up and when I walk in they dive down and try their best to make it look like they were asleep but I'm not blind!! grin Right, I'll continue as I have with just the one extra then and see what happens. I'll come back here shouting HELP if it all goes wrong! wink At least this way I can have 3 napping in there at same time if needed on the other 3 days, just the extra one being MY baby on those days - just need his routine to get more in line with theirs which will come soon! Thanks for your help Shoshe. I'm actually still in shock they said yes and the certificate arrived today without me having to sign to agree first shock
