Anyone had their free milk supply put on hold?

I only cm one under school age child. As I get under 2 pints a milk a week I not receving any for the moment.

Any one in the same situation?

They phoned me asking for claims which had not been completed and money they were going to ask me for. I pointed out that I have several emails from them promising details of claims I need to make, which have never come and an email from NMRU stating that all claims are complete. I have completed a lengthy telephone audit for NMRU and they are quite happy with everything I have submitted. I wish I had never changed from NMRU to Scotts in the first place and am happy I am back with NMRU (and our lovely local milkman) now.
