OK people, i think this is it!

I've been having a show since 7.30am which has not stopped at all. I've had a period-type ache all day in my tummy with slight back ache. At about 6.30pm i crashed out on the sofa and then decided to take myself up to bed for a bit coz i was soooo tired. Now i'm having mild contractions, but i've not been timing them so i'm not sure how far apart they are yet. Will get the contraction timer on the go i think!

I'll keep you posted!

Hmmm not sure if my waters kind of went or not. I sat on the sofa at a kind of angle and then felt like a bubble come out of my fanjo and so i went to the loo and some more came out while i was getting to the loo. There was straw coloured wetness on my pad but it seems to have stopped now. What's that all about then?

Good luck RGPargy - it could be your waters - if the baby's head is low down enough it acts a bit like a cork! Hope it all kicks off for you properly now!

Sounds like your waters RGPargy - same thing happened to me with ds (they started leaking 55 hours before the lazy wee toad finally made his appearance & kept leaking 'til the end!). Loads of luck - will be keeping an eye out for your news
