I do know this could go on for weeks yet, but here it goes anyway!!.. (36+5wks 3rd baby)

Dropped ds of a t creche this morning got home and whilst sorting out his old and new toys into order, I have started to feel funny.. Bbay moving in a weird way that is really hurting.. not sure if I am having strong BH.. my lower back is going crazy to on and off!! DH is supposed to be going for drinks this afternoon in the mess as his friend is having leaving drinks .. not sure whether to mention to him that I dont quite feel right. DH has declined the full night out with is friend, saying he will just ahave a few with him this afternoon as the boys are all going into town (1/2hr away) for a meal and night out meaning they wont be home till 4-5am tommorrow. With out me saying anything they all agreed it wasnt right for DH to go !! ( I was shocked to say the least.)

Think I will leave it another couple of hours and see how I go once picked DS up from creche..

I even had to losen my trouser pull tie belt.. as it hurt when babs moved and tummy seemed to tighten, were the drawstring is..

I think my body is really starting to get ready for the whole birth thing.. if I remember rightly it did this last time for weeks before I had DS.

Sorry long post and drivil really just wanted to tell someone.. not wanting to say in rl to anyone yet as will feel they wont understand where I am coming from and dont want people thinking I am a whining heavily pg woman.

You sound totally normal given that this is your third and your body is really experienced at all this!

You're right that this will probably go on a for a wee while, so just listen to your body and take it's lead. Keep well hydrated and pee regular, rest well, brisk walks, carry on your day as normal and sleep at night. Try not to dwell on it but also stay in tune with baby so that if you feel anything is not right you can take steps to deal.

It's great that dh and his mates are being considerate! Well done to them. We dont want you to feel fearful at this stage. My dp was not so aware of me and I felt quite alone at the end of my pg as I let him go do whatever he felt he should be doign even though I preferred he stayed with me. So when my labour started I was home alone and I had to call him back.... Next time there'll be a Doula!

Ran away whenever you feel the need, that's what the internet is greatest for!

Not feeling anybetter.. still feel weoird and back still hurting..

Have just got our of the bath but seem to be leaking from down below.. not sure it is probably where I havent dried myself properly.. Will probably wake up in the morning feeling fine and dandy..

Atleast if body is preparing itself when the time comes it may (fingers crossed, hopefully!!) mean it will be quick....

Thanks

2+1
