Pico dressing after C-Section

Hiya,
Has anyone had a pico (vacuum) dressing after their c-section. I have my section on Tuesday and just found out I'll be having one but this is my third section and not had one before and not sure what to expect!

Hi I had one with my section in June it kept the scar very dry and clean . It does have a little box attached to it the dose the vacuum. Mine kept buzzing which did get annoying but its not for long . I am chuppy so I think my flabby belly was affecting the vacuum lol
