In labour?

Yesterday I spent the whole day at triage as I thought my waters had broken, after a "speculum" or whatever they call it, turns out my waters hadn't broken.
Anyways, woke up at around 1:30am with what I would describe as a sudden urge to poo pain..
Since then I've realised that I don't need to poo, but I'm pretty sure I'm having contractions.
I think my waters may have broken at around 2:15 although I'm not sure as not half an hour later I leaked more fluid (or so I thought - but I now think the second lot was actually urine)
I've been having regular contractions lasting around 30-40 seconds, roughly every 3-5 minutes for the last hour and a half - 2 hours.
Should I call triage? I just feel embarrassed that I "wasted their time" yesterday and now I think I'm in labour.
Also, I cant get off the toilet! Every few seconds I'm leaking very small amounts of what I think is urine... What do I do!? Sad

Yes it sounds like your waters and yes I'd ring triage. Please don't think you're wasting their time, that's what they are there fior! Good luck, how exciting!

Put a pad on so the MW can check the fluid you are leaking if they need to and definitely call triage! How many weeks are you? I'm up feeding my 12 week old DD, labour only feels like yesterday!

Good luck, certainly sounds like waters if you keep leaking. Flowers

Yeah, definitely waters. In the first stages of labour now. Annoying that I'm plugged up to machines cause I'm still considered pre-term though.
Hope my little monkey doesn't keep me waiting too long!

He's doing good, blood sugar levels a little low and he's finding it difficult to feed but other than that he's very healthy Smile
