6 weeks.

Straight after my check up and I had a 3rd degree tear.

Why are you anxious? Don't do anything you don't feel comfortable with.

I had a section so was about five weeks but honestly, don't rush it. You will know when you are ready and it's better to feel ready. My gp said its better to wait anyway until cervix gets back to normal.

Don't worry and many congrats on your little baby Flowers

After first I think it was just under 2 weeks ,and after my second it was just after 2 weeks. But then I didn't have any trauma ,tears etc ...down below ; was more concerned about feeling too loose down there.

With my first having had a normal birth but a second degree tear it was about 12 weeks.

DC2 is 10 weeks, another normal delivery & no tears but really don't feel up for it yet.

It's definitely normal to feel anxious about the first time after labour, take your time & don't be too disappointed if it's over fairly quickly! Wink

Just before my six week check. I wanted to see if there was anything to ask doc about. It was a little uncomfy at first but nothing concerning! I had had an episiotomy which had been infected but no tears etc.

About 16 weeks. I had an episiotomy which then got infected so it took us a while. It wasn't hugely comfortable the first time but has been much better since!

8 weeks. 2nd degree tear.

What are you anxious about OP? You don't have to do it ever again if you don't want to, you know.

About five weeks, I had no stitches and it was fine. However I did find out I was pregnant again when Ds was 14 weeks you really are super fertile after having a baby.

8 months. Only a small tear and a couple of stiches but for ages I just felt totally grossed out at the thought of sex. Not sure why. 16 months now, and my sex drive still hasn't fully recovered. Poor, patient DH.

4 months after our twins were born. There was no time and there was no way I was wasting precious sleep time just to have sex!
