I'm currently 35 weeks with DCDA twins. Twin 1 is breech and twin 2 transverse (and right up at the top under my ribs). I'm absolutely desperate to avoid a section if at all possible, but wouldn't consider vaginal delivery if T1 stays breech (happy for T2 to deliver in whatever position he or she fancies).
So far I have tried swimming (including handstands in the pool..), inversion a la spinning babies website, and moxibustion. I also walk a fair amount with the dogs, and try to make sure that I'm sitting on the birthing ball rather than the sofa etc when resting. Twins were still upsidedown/sideways about a week ago and bump shape suggests no change since then.
Can anyone suggest anything else that might possibly help? I really, really, REALLY don't want a section...
