And would like to keep me company? Am 40+2 with no3 and whilst was happy for bubba not to come early, id really rather have liked her to come by now! Very grateful to be feeling well and sleeping well but impatient to meet her and could have introduced her to a lot of lovely people this weekend had she have come by now!!!

Yes me! 40+1 with no 2 sign of anything at all!

cookiemonster5678 · 17/01/2014 12:31

40+8 and losing my will to live Grin

rach6122 · 17/01/2014 12:40

Cookie have you had a sweep yet? I gad one at 41 weeks with first so guessing that will happen this time

cookiemonster5678 · 17/01/2014 13:40

Yep, made me bleed like hell and hurt a lot, my cervix wasn't quite ready only being 1cm dilated so doubt it will have any effect..

GinotPrigio · 17/01/2014 13:43

39+5 here with no 2

no 1 came at 41+1 so I expect it'll be another week. Still doesn't make the wait any more bearable!

redcarrot1 · 17/01/2014 13:48

40 +1 here and my diet is finally cracking - just made a batch of biscuits and ate 3 for lunch...oops. Plus MIL on my back ringing up.

TonksLupin · 17/01/2014 13:48

38 weeks here and having induction scheduled on Thursday as I have a lot of back problems. Really don't want an induction! Had the most horrifying sweep yesterday, no dilation at all and got me to 2cm. Lots of show and cramping last night and now nothing!

PoopPoooDeDooo · 17/01/2014 14:11

Me!

39+6 with DC3...DC1 came at 40w exactly and DC2 arrived at 41+6. Really hope it goes like #1!

Fed up now TBH

flyawayblue · 17/01/2014 15:20

Me! 40+2 as well today and told baby is on the big side today at my scan so now even more Shock

Have my next mw appointment on Monday 40+5 and get the impression they won't discuss induction until 40+10. Will try to push on Monday for next week if at all possible.

itchyfootedmama24 · 17/01/2014 15:35

I'm in! 41w today and no chance of sweeps as baby decided to' disengage' on her due date. Probably best as DD1 has been sick for the last week. Ready to get her out now as don't want induction :(
Any new magic ideas to get going apart from walking up hills and having sex?

merr · 17/01/2014 17:15

Hello! I'm 40+14, induction tomorrow, done everything to try and make this one come without induction but she's not playing along...

Ja9 · 17/01/2014 17:20

Where I am they induce at 40+12. That's arranged with midwives at 41wks.

Am 39+6 today, with 1st baby......bored now with everyone calling and texting....

YoMamma · 17/01/2014 18:03

40+1 here and thought things were kicking off earlier but it all came to nothing Sad. I've been getting BH on and off for weeks and am really uncomfortable.

Percy I hear you with the texts and phone calls. I'm just ignoring my phone from now on. With DD1 I had to tell DH to ask MIL to stop ringing. Hopefully she'll remember this time!

TonksLupin · 17/01/2014 19:31

Lost my plug about an hour ago, nothing at all happening though. Hope something starts to happen!

MrsHowardRoark · 17/01/2014 19:36

Checking in too. I'm 40+6 and very ready for this baby now.

DD was 41 weeks so I'm hoping no2 puts in an appearance soon. I'm booked for a home birth so I need her to show up before 42 weeks or I'll have to get stroppy with the midwives.

GinotPrigio · 18/01/2014 08:40

Anyone had any movement overnight? If one more person tells me to drink raspberry lead tea I will scream Confused

Ja9 · 18/01/2014 10:39

Another night of nothing! I'm missing out on a family get together today as it's about an hour away... Dc have gone to it... Have spent the morning snoozing and watching events unfold on sky news

Woken up vomiting :( labour or gastritis... either way feel shit.

TonksLupin · 18/01/2014 13:57

Hope it's labour Itchy! I've woken up with a cough and sore throat, don't feel like doing anything today

Karen1226 · 18/01/2014 15:02

Hi, I'm only 38+4 but had the best nights sleep last night that I've had in weeks but then woke up with diahaerreoa and just can't get comfy but no pains. Hoping this maybe the start but most likely just a bug.

itchyfootedmama24 · 18/01/2014 15:07

Bit weird really... 2 big vomits, a bit of diarrhea and feel like I may have flu accompanied by cramps and what I think are contractions. This is my second, I should know a contraction but I can't really be sure. Its probably just gastro and wishful thinking!
Tonks I hope you feel better soon. I've had that cough and sore throat for a week now. If I have a baby you can call it pre labour :)

I also had a great night's sleep last night. I was asleep by 9:30 and didn't wake up at all until DD started stirring at 7am! I feel so refreshed and DH and parents not working over the weekend so today would be a perfect day for labour to start sooooo obviously it won't. I have another sweep booked at the midwife on Monday so fingers crossed that will get things moving.

GinotPrigio · 18/01/2014 15:11

Itchy & Karen - hope the upset tums are a sign of things moving

Tonks - anything since your show last night?

I have the most intense pressure and odd stabby pains in my pelvis today but no obvious contractions. I'm going to drive myself crazy with symptom watching. I need to relax!!

TonksLupin · 18/01/2014 15:31

I would love this to be pre labour! Still having a bit of show today, surely there can't be much left! Other than that I have lots of pressure low down but nothing else. Was really hoping he'd put in an appearance before sweep tomorrow, the one on Thursday has really put me off!

Hope at least one of us has a clear sign soon!
