Good luck, try to distract yourself and it will all be over soon and you can gaze at your baby. Flowers

Have fun!

What kind of incision are you having? Tell them to make it as small and straight as possible. (I got a wobbly 12 inch one, which has caused me no blardy end of trouble, but then it was an emergency).

I love the quiet intensity of newborns. How exciting for you all. Relax and enjoy giving birth.

good luck, a planned c sec is a fairly civilised affair-I know I have had both EMCS and ELCS. I much preffered the latter.

The nurses kept me chatting, dh was right there with me, it wasn't frightening really.

Good luck you will be meeting and holding your baby in a couple of hours. xx
