Help - parental controls locked when I didn't set a password !!

So, I set up some parental controls today on my Mac.

Ever since I keep getting messages about restricted sites, the most frequent being this one : s-static.ak.facebook.com. How can I stop getting these messages and just block this site completely?

Also, when in the Parental Controls section I selected to make all users restricted. Now I can't change anything without an administrators name and password but I never set one so have no idea what the Mac thinks it is! Any ideas ?

Did you create a different profile for your child? If so, the admin name should be the name of the main profile and the password the same you use to login in that profile,
