help! my chickens are getting sick... might be flu, anyone have any exerience of sick chickens?

i have 4 now in 'sick bay'(conservatory)
and a tiny amount left of baytril from taking the first one to the vet day before yesterday. now there are 3 others sick, and counting. rest seem ok for now

one of them's head is all swollen up and she is listless and eyes shut. looks bloody awful! dunno what to do...

am about to call breeders and a vet acquaintance, but any experiences will be valuable to hear please, this is my first outbreak of illness and my first winter with chooks...

No idea - not had a sick one yet but best wishes. I hope that what ever is up with them is treatable and they are on the mend soon.
