How do you dispose of a dead bird?

Was there anything infectiously bad with it? We have put them in the ordinary household rubbish before now - you wouldn't think twice about putting the remains of a roast chicken in there would you, and it's not a lot different? You could have a bonfire and burn it maybe if leaving for the binmen seems a bit undignified?

er not in your bin you will get maggots. trust me! i dont know if your rubbish goes out fairly soon then it should be okay in your bin. if not ring your local council. ours come out to collect dead animals.
