Incubator recommendations?

Planning to hatch and raise some Japanese Quail. Everything else is planned and sorted but would like some recs for an incubator. Not too pricey but something that isn't dodgy after reading some reviews on one's that have burnt out!

I've a bottom-of-the-range Brinsea model, which has been fine. Doesn't have turning bars or anything like that, but as I only hatch a few eggs at a time this isn't a prob for me.
