Do I have to buy a special lamp? or can i use the red bulb in a normal lamp ?

Not suer sorry but I reckon if you ring somewhere like Countrywide, or ask on the Omlet forum, they might know.

Sorry not to have seen this before - no the lamp is a special infra-red lamp and quite expensive
