The first two are the same but with differs run. I have one ( the first one, CoCoon one) and can't recommend it. This will be it's second winter and probably it's last. It's just too flimsy and there's nowhere except the laying boxes to put water and food at night.
Why do you want to put water and food in at night? Just to store it away from rats? Agree with Option 3 - pull-out trays soon start sticking anyway. (Never actually bought anything; just make cages and runs out of stuff lying about. And they look it. But budget dictates.)
I put food and water in at night because I'm lazy about getting up when they do. Coop no 2 has a window meaning the hens will be up with the dawn - in Scotland over summer, maybe 4am - so they will be getting thirsty and hungry before I put in an appearance at 8am.
