we now have our first chickens !!

we have 3 ex batts straight from rescue, week 2 doing really well and showing very funny characters!! the whole family is spending far more time outside, its amazing !! Also have a beautiful bluebelle bantam mum and her baby given to me from neighbours, but as yet they are seperate from ex batts as baby is an easy target !

Hopefully you will get some eggs over the Winter then! Do you know how old they are?

I would think they're about a year old, still getting 3 eggs a day from them !! x
