my 2013 SPAMuary challenge!!!
I'm fundraising for the mental health charity Mind, a cause close to my heart (several members of my family have been affected by mental health problems.) Instead of a New Year's resolution, I decided to eat one meal containing Spam, every day for 31 days... and post the meals I create on my public facebook album! No pressure to donate ladies, just want to raise awareness for such an amazing charity. 
I've reached 90% of my modest £100 target already and would love to raise it soon!

If anyone has any suggestions for meals containing Spam, please let me know. Their official website has some great ones but not enough to cover the whole month!
