Hi there, does anyone else have the tan leather loopylou bag? The lining of my bag is horrendous, the Velcro sticks to it so the pockets ade unusable. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm so disappointed. :(

there over priced badly made bits of crap its a real shame tho as they look so nice in the pictures.
i had one given to me as a gift but i asked them to send it back as when it arrived it was piss poor

I'm glad you agree. I bought it direct so contacted them and they've been so unhelpful and have tried to blame it on general wear and tear! They said I should have contacted them sooner. Considering they pride themselves as being 'mummies of two children each' they obviously dont understand that when u have a new born and a 2 year old there are other things on your mind!! Extremely poor customer service, have just fobbed me off email after email. BAD BUSINESS-AVOID

especially when you concider how much they cost!!!!!!! i actually felt bad for the person who gave it to me because they were trying to be lovely as it happens they brought me a normal £40 quid ish one and we then went out to dinner when he got the refund. i think they took about a month and a bit to refund. just shocking service and shocking product.

Hi I'm adding to this thread cos I'm livid with Lin & Leo! After fobbing me off they've now said they're changing their linings and have now blocked me from their face book page because I asked the about it!

I see you're changing the linings. My satin polka dot lining was pulled to threads by the Velcro but you said it was wear and tear. Now you're saying you're changing the lining to enhance the quality, surely mine was therefore a quality issue?
