Britax Romer Dualfix seat and car-sickness?

I've just bought this seat for my 14 month old, as he has outgrown his Maxi-Cosi, but I'm a bit concerned as it seems to have quite a bit of sideways "wobble" and he's started being car-sick, which never really was an issue before. It could be a coincidence, as he's had a bit of a cough which can cause him to be a bit sick, but I'd be interested to know if any other Mumsnetters have used this seat and had any similar problems. The seat is fixed onto the Isofix points and all the indicators suggest that it is correctly fitted.
On another point, his head seems to fall forward when he sleeps, is there anything we can do about that?

I have the britax dualfix. Its about 2 years old. So its not the romer one which i believe is just a re branding of britax.

I ve never experienced this wobble. My seat is very secure and had barely any movement in it.

Is he forward or rear facing? The seat has 2 seat positions for forward facing and 3 positions for rear facing. Is his head still tilting forward when in the most horizontal position possible?

Are you using the newborn insert?

Also did you check the car seat was compatible with your car? If its not compatible that could explain the seat having a wobble if its not angled correctly

Make sure you don't have the leg over extended as I found my had a lot of side to side movement if it was, as a PP says mine is also very secure with little movement when correctly fitted
