Britax belted base

We don't have isofix in our car so, looking at the next best option which seems to be the Britax belted base, has anyone used one? Was it safe? Also, very important, will the Britax baby safe infant car seat be compatible with the bugaboo? I know Maxi Cosi are but need to confirm the Britax does too. First baby and overwhelmed, would appreciate all thoughts and recommendations. Smile

I have the britax base and it fits in the car really well. There is a knack to lifting the seat off the base. You don't just lift it straight up like you do with the issofix base. You kind of have to tip it back a bit and then lift.

Thank you for your reply, good to hear you like it. Think we'll go for it, as long as John Lewis confirms it fits the Bugaboo.

Cybex Aton 2/3
Really really good seat, you can buy a base which is belted and/or isofix, Which Best Buy with belted base or without and has a higher test score with the belted base than any other seat (83%) and it fits your Bugaboo (Uses Maxi Cosi adaptor).

Thank you so much for your reply, we really like the look of the Cybex and the high safety results. That's it settled, will order one this weekend.
