Hi all, I'm supposed to be writing an article on car safety for our NCT newsletter. I'm clearly going to talk about the benefits of ERF and explain all the legal stuff about height weight etc and when bosters are needed. I'm interested to see on here some refernces to RF to 15/12 being the law from Jan 2013 - does anyone have a link to any formal info on this?

I've been in touch with the rearfacing website lady who has really kindly said I can use any info from her site but any other refernces would be gratefully received
