Rear facing Group 1 seat for Citroen C3 Picasso 2010

DD will be outgrowing her first car seat soon and I am keen to keep her rear facing for as long as possible.

Does anyone know which rear facing seats will fit a Citroen C3 Picasso 2010?

TIA

My mum has this car. The britax two way elite fits in very nicely with heaps of leg room for front passenger.

Glad I found this thread as I'm just about to buy a group 1 car seat and need a rear facing one. Any recommendations of where to buy the britax one in the south east?

do you have underfloor storage boxes in the back footwells ? if you do then you could consider the Besafe iZi Combi/Kid or the Klippan Triofix. The Besafe have a solution to the issue of the leg sitting on top of the storage box and the Klippans leg will miss the storage box altogether. Both car seats can be fitted with isofix which I assume your car will have given its age :)

I thought that you couldnt use the leg of a car seat on the lid of a storage box? I prefered the Besafe but was told I couldn't buy one becuase i have underfloor storage in my car?

Securatot have a solution from Besafe !! a year ago we would never sell a Besafe if a car had underfloor storage but we now have it in writing from Besafe that as long as the storage box is filled up in such a way that the cover can hold the forces of the support leg then its fine to install the Combi or the Kid.
If your car comes with a filler for the underfloor storage compartment, please insert before positioning the Besafe leg on top of the lid. Alternatively Besafe advise that polystyrene may be used. Polystyrene sheets can be bought from a number of DIY/hardware stores which will fill most storage compartments when cut.
I hope this helps but do contact me if you would like to hear more.
Regards
Kirsty
