You don't normally have to book the kids clubs run by the tour operator but you sometimes have to at campsite run clubs. The kids clubs tend to be good but are only as good as the particular rep running each particular one. DD adores them and is very excited about gpint to the kids club in Italy this year! last year she sat on a whole new tube of glitter glue and it went all up the back of her new sundress!!! Obviously keen on a repeat performance this year!

At the campsite where we were you just turned up if you fancied going that day. ds went a few times.

It was ok but I wouldn't have sent him every day. Some children went every day to both sessions.

The reps usually post a weekly morning/afternoon programme allowing you to pick sessions which might appeal. In high season it's as well to sign up the night before, low season it's not a problem getting a place.
They make friends there and then hook up in the pool, playground, kids disco etc later.
