Please help me find a new tent

We have a 2 tents at the moment and neither will do us. So I've sold one already on ebay and am about to sell the next but need to find the perfect tent. Here are my want list:

  1. 4 BERTH i.e. 4 separate rooms that don't have to be more than a simple roll down curtain, just need them to each have their own spaces i.e. us and the three kids. This seems to mean 8 man+
  2. Quick to put up. We want to make going away for weekends a common phenomenon but with three young kids (2,4,8) going away on a friday means travelling lite and quick.
  3. Relatively easy for 1 or 1 and a half to put up. In otherwords after a wet weekend I want to be able to put it up in the garden to dry off without needing my dh's help so its up to me and my 8 year old.
  4. Either light weight OR in small packages. we currently have a Khyam 12 man Rapid Erect tent. Its gorgeous but unrealistically way to big for us (we could loose the car in it). The main tent is 32kg and since I have a neck problem there is absolutely no way I could lift it or even drag it. I think the maximum I could lug around would probably be around 25kg. I want to be able to take the kids camping on my own if dh is away or simply can't make it so need a tent that I can handle myself.
6)Capable of withstanding strong winds. We bought our Khyam a couple of years ago on ebay and really think its fab quality. We've gone through a couple of 'interesting' windy nights and remained snug and dry. So whilst we don't choose to camp on the sides of mountains knowing that the kids are warm and dry is fab for a good night's sleep!

So come on campers. Is there a tent out there that meets my needs?

I'd not realised that mumsnet were doing reviews on tents. Fabulous. I do love Khyam and we had been set on buying one of their brand new ones but firstly we've been told they leak and secondly lots of people say they can't be put up by one person. Funnily the classic is the one we've now turned to. The full tent weighs 37kgs. I've found an ebay listing for one and the shop tells me that the seperate bag of polls weighs 12kgs I just need to be sure about this.
