just got back from Christchurch in the Forest of Dean. Fortunately have been there before as dont know if we would otherwise- not the site, its fantastic, but the fellow campers.

Got there and pitched Thursday, met some lovely people that night. Next evening this family turned up- as they got out the older kids ran off with Mum screeching 'Oi you F T*ts come ere an' e'lp'. Right in front of about 15 under 5's as they were nest to the park . We went of to help some people pitch their new tent (as it was the same one we had last year), whilst so occupied the woman spied some people with a tent like theirs and really laid into them for not helping- even though the poeple clearly were not going to with her mouth. They really messed up pitching a simple tent, she was screaming all the time how she was going home etc etc and swearing- I almost offered her the bus fare! Also had to stop her older kids (14? about that age) from climbing up on the window of the Ldies to spy in.

Once they had the tent up, the next ones pulled in, plut Norah Jones (now I know some people like her, I dont but the issue is the invasion of privacy) on really loud in their car and then proceeded to stay up until 2am chatting really loudly

A huge plus for the site- we had a chat with them and they ensured it didn't happen again.

But why are some people so inconsiderate?

(Luce if you read this the nice peole were from your neck of the woods, only took them 3.5 hours LOL)

my neck of the woods - Cheshire d'ya mean?

Is that 3.5 hours to get there or 3.5 hours to put the tent up?

You should have got your ds to give them one of his best 'hard stares'!
