Buckets and luggable loos: an empty question!

So, we're experienced campers but have never done the bucket with a lid thing, but think will have to this year with 2 small ds's who have to go when they have to go (and me liking a drink and getting older and lazier!).
Anway, bit of an icky question (and maybe I'm being thick) but where do you empty the bucket? Do you just lug it over to the loos every morning and pour it down or use the chemical disposal point? And these deluxe luggable loo things (just been looking on outdoor megastore at one) does anyone know how these are emptied? It says in the description that the waste is 'solidified' urgh! Does that mean you chuck the liner in the bin- not v eco-friendly I'd have thought.
Anyway- any advice much appreciated!

I tend to tak ours to the loos. then rinse it at the chemical loo point

We only use it for liquid waste!

Anything solid warants a trip to the tollet block

I've been using dd's potty, so in the mornings it was a trip to the toilet block and, like MB, rinse out at the chemical loo point. But then it's only me that uses it. DD is still in nappies at night, dh and dsd don't seem to need it.
