Will it be warm in Brittany or Vendee in June/July?? Camping!

Will be taking 'the plunge' this year having watched rain stop play too often on the Dorset coast. Can anyone give me an idea of what sort of weather we could expect in these places? Is Brittany's weather just like Devon's?! We have DSs aged 8 and 6.

I think that North Brittany is much like Dorset only a bit warmer. For that reason we go to the Vendee as it tends to be warmer and drier, however it can still rain there.

Much more likely to be warm in the vendee I think. DH goes on about the Vendee having its own micro-climate with lovely hot summers -no idea if it's true. However, have been on hols to Brittany and had 2 weeks of pouring rain and cold in August, so take from that what you will!!

Brittanys weather very much like ours- You cant depend on it, we normally go down alittle bit further than Vendee and most times have had lovely weather and mile for mile not much further because the roads are better!
