So annoyed just spent a ridiculous amount of money on tent online with this company. Firstly it was advertised with a £50 voucher to spend which I did not receive when I complained it was disputed as it wasn't with the tent I purchased. Here is the picture of the tent I brought advertising the voucher below. Then they backtracked and said they were withdrawing the deal for that tent at the time I purchased um no they didn't, they carried out maintenance work to their website a week after I ordered the tent and a day after I complained!!!!

Then it took us a while to find the time to pitch the tent and with the weather etc but on inspecting it I've noticed one of the poles has rusted a little. Again I fired an email stating this and this is the reply I get.

Hi Dickory,

We are unfortunately sold out of the Montana 6p tents.

With the poles being steel you may find that after they have been sat for a few weeks they will naturally accumulate rust due to oxidisation and y may need to rub it gently with a coarse wire brush to remove the layer that has accumulated.

Kind Regards

Adam Redmond

This is the picture of the rust on the pole do you think it is ok??? Would expect them to replace the poles??? I don't want to send the tent back just was a replacement for the pole.

Thanks for the reply I wasn't sure if I was over reacting but it appears to be a bit more then surface rust to me.
