Food storage/haven sites

We are booked to camp at haven in Cornwall in a couple of weeks, does anyone know, do they have facilities (ie a freezer) to freeze ice blocks for us? Just working out the food logistics, the electric cool box doesn't stay cold without a bit of ice in it.
How do you keep stuff cool if you don't have a camping fridge?

I'm bumping this up because I'm trying to work this out too! We have an electric cool box that lives in the back of our car and gets turned on every time we go out on a day trip, but by day 4 it's less cold and more slightly above room temp.
