What were those magical wheel-less trailers called?

They were all over MN last year as the solution to camping packing woes.

A sort of box suspended from the hinges and supported by the tow hitch on the back of a car?

Trail hog? Trail....something?

Thanks in advance, I'm sure someone will remember... Please?

Tail-crate I think? Have a feeling they aren't selling then anymore . I ended up with with a handi-rack instead as I couldn't find one.

Unfortunately they don't seem to actually exist any more!

Thanks. What a shame they went bust. I shall have to look on eBay...

There is a company called bacrac? That do a tow hitch solution (downside of having to have the tow hitch obviously...)

We have the Thule Easybase (fits on to the tow bar) with the Thule Backup 900. Very useful...particularly once we have packed up grotty smelly footprint after a 3 week stayGrin
