Is my gas bottle full?

Slightly misleading title but not sure how else to phrase it. Is it possible to tell how much gas is left in a 907 bottle? I don't want to pay for a whole new refill unnecessarily but equally don't want to run out of gas mid-meal!

Can you weigh it? Find out online how much a full one weighs and the weight of an empty one.
