1200 cals, how much weight loss in 2 weeks ?

how much have any of you who have done 1200 calorie diet lost weight in 2 weeks? How much can you lose without exercising?

I would expect to lose weight at at least 2lbs a week at that level.

But it would depend on height and likely BMR.

So much more to consider! If you ordinarily eat 4,000 calories a day, you will drop shedloads, including water weight?

This is seen in many slimming clubs first weigh ins?

No easy answer. It depends on your weight, height, age, body fat percentage, activity levels, etc.
Find an online calculator and work out your TDEE, then you will have a better idea of how much of a drop 1200 cal is for you

You can't really gauge. For eg me being 5ft 1 on 1200 cals a day I would have to walk around 25,000 steps for 5 days out of 7 to lose 1 or 2lbs. If I was a couple of stones heavier than I am I would probably lose more than that.

No exercise I would have to stick to around 910 cals for just the 3000 and odd steps you would do naturally over the day or 1000 steps for a mega lazy day just to maintain.
