oil for cooking,dressings, not a million calories?

what do you use for stirfry food, or making a salad dressing that isn't as calorific as olive oil please? one oil for both jobs would be great.

I use fry light for cooking - think they have a salad dressing version but I've never tried it so can't comment on that.

Straight up balsamic vinegar is alright on salads.

According to the website below all oils have pretty much the same calorific value.

i just use water instead of oil, mustard & vinegar for dressing

just use less. measure it out instead of pouring. coat the items to fry instead of putting it in the pan.

Hi. I'm not sure about cooking but try udos oil for your salad dressing! Full of omega oils. I use it all the time mixed with balsamic vinegar😊
