Hi,
I am thinking of trying the shakes on the market for trimming my ever-growing tum. Are there any out there that you can just add water to? I need to take some to work and can't be bothered with milk.
Also, can anyone recommend any snacks I can eat with them? I plan on having 2 shakes a day with a main meal in the evening.
