How many calories in chip-shop chips do you think

I'm worried I have totally ruined my diet.

Due to partner coming home with a portion of chips for me.

I had a very small bowl full of them, and put some in one slice of brown bread with marg, and ketchup.

I think that's about 500 calories, and if so it isn't too bad-because I only had a salad with olives, one vegetarian sausage chopped up, and some olives, apart from that.

Am I kidding myself and they're actually loads more than that?

I believe a full massive bag, you know the 'bag' of chips that feeds many people is around 900kcal.

Thanks, I only had a fraction of the bag. I guess that's okay. I don't like people trying to sabotage my diet, even if they think they're meaning well.

especially when said person is naturally skinny
