Calorie-counting

Stuck on 9.10lbs for 3wks!

Help! I've been stuck on 9:10lbs for 3wks. Have stuck to 1200 per day and a little exercise. What's going in??

Up the exercise?
Cut out bread and diet sodas if they are included in the diet?
Have a couple of raw food days per week?

May sound odd but you could be better off rebooting your metabolism by increasing to 1400-1600 and doing some strenuous exercise. 1200 is very low calorie for weeks on end and your body may have adjusted down.

I seem to go through stages of not losing anything on weeks I am sticking rigidly to my allowance of 1200 yet if I have a treat at the weekends and go back to the allowance during the week I seem to lose weight again the following week. Sure its helping to kick start the metabolism every now and then! Plus I feel guilty so walk more!

Ok, that's helpful to know. Luckily for me I'm going out for a meal on Friday so perhaps the Calorie boost and extra excersise will do it! Thanks!
