Stopped losing weight!

Help, lost 8 pounds so far with 1200 per day. Have another 1/2 stone to go but haven't lost anything for 12days nor even though sticking to calories. How can I get going again??

If you aren't using a food scale then you need to start weighing all of your food, otherwise it's normal to stall for a while, keep consistent and you will see results. If you don't have much to lose it can be slow towards the end. You can do it!

Thanks. I do use a scale but just thought, Ive been on my period, do u think that has anything to do with it?

Yes it can do. Do you monitor your sodium intake as if you have a day where you have a lot you can retain water because of it. I have mine set to 1200mg on My fitness pal. If I have a lot of sodium I see a small gain and drink 2 - 3 litres of water and it's usually gone the next day
