any opinions on the best/most effective way of keeping track of your calories if you're trying to lose weight? I'm been using Fat Secret and prefer it to Myfitnesspal, but I'm thinking I might go old style and write them down, think I may be more accountable that way! I'm trying to lose weight but my will power is non existent at the moment!! How's everyone keeping an eye on their calories? Thanks!
