Im 115 lbs now and my goal is at least 120 lbs. Every day I keep track of my calories and try to increase my intake of calories by at least 50. I have been trying for 5 days now and I am still the same weight.

Hi
Why do you need to put on weight?
You don't say how old or tall you are but I am just about the same weight as you and have been since I was 18. I am 5' 5".
At that age everyone I knew was around 112llbs. It's not you that's underweight, it's everyone else is getting bigger. Stop worrying. As long as you eat a healthy diet just enjoy being slim and gorgeous. Most of your friends will be secretly envious. Whilst they are all busy going on diets and worrying about cellulite, you won't have to. Be happy with who you are.

In order to put on 1lb you need to overeat by 3500 calories so, if you aren't gaining weight it's because you need to eat more - if you want to gain 1lb a week then you need to increase it by 500 calories a day

It will take a long time to see any weight gain by increasing calories by that amount. Do you really need to put weight on? If so try little things such as switching to full fat milk, adding cream/real butter to sauces etc.
