I have been asked to make a stack of brownies for friends. They need to appeal to as many people as possible as they are for a family event. I have the basic recipe which turns out a chocolately but quite cakey brownie, so not fudgy. I can't change the basic recipe because of dietary requirements.
So please kind mumsnetters how do you like your brownies?
Nigella's Flourless Brownies are fantastic. They use ground almonds if you can get them (none in local Sainsbury's, Morrison's, 2 Tesco's and 3 local grocers on Saturday)! Waitrose had them in the end, after 2 hours and 10 miles, but worth it!
