Looking for inspiration? Top Bananas! the Mumsnet cookbook is packed with great recipes your family will love.
HiWe're on a mission to cut costs at home. One thing our DC loves is Organix mini gingerbread men as snacks. Ive found an online recipe for gingerbread men and I've a mini cutter. I'm ok with baking biscuits but if I cook up a batch whats the best way to store them? Airtight container? Freezer? Or should I quarter the dough ans freeze in batches before even shaping and cooking? Many thanks
I bake my mini gingerbread men, freeze them and when I want them, try to make sure they have time to defrost naturally rather than nuke in microwave, which toughens them up.Have fun!
